Where we work
What areas do you cover?
We’re based in Kent and cover the South East, including Sussex and nearby areas. If you’re not sure whether you’re in-range, message us with your town and we’ll tell you straight.
Do you travel outside Kent and the South East?
Sometimes, but it depends on the situation, distance, and availability. If we can’t travel to you, we can often still help with guidance on what to check and how to log what’s happening.
What we investigate
What types of locations do you investigate?
Private Homes & Properties
Workplaces (with the right permissions)
Public or historic locations (only with permission from the owner or site management)
Will you investigate somewhere without the owner’s permission?
No. We don’t trespass, and we won’t put anyone in a difficult position. If you don’t own the property, we’ll talk you through the best way to approach landlords, housing teams, or site management.
About KASE
Who are KASE Paranormal?
We’re a calm, practical investigation team based in Kent. We look at repeated experiences in a specific place and help you work out what’s going on, without drama or judgement.
What do you mean by a “case”?
A case is a structured response to ongoing reports in one location. It usually includes an initial chat, a plan, a visit (if needed), and a write-up.
Costs and volunteering
Do you charge for investigations?
No. We’re a volunteer team and we don’t charge a fee for our time.
Do you ask for travel money or costs?
We cover our own costs (travel, kit, and location expenses) as volunteers.
Contacting KASE
What info should I send in the first message?
The helpful basics are:
Your town (no full address needed initially)
What’s been happening (short summary)
How long it’s been going on
Patterns (time of day, specific rooms, after plumbing/heating changes, after building work)
Who has experienced it (just “me and my partner”, “two adults”, etc.)
Do you guarantee proof of ghosts?
No. Many reports have ordinary causes. Ruling those out is how you get real answers.
Privacy and boundaries
Will you record inside my home?
Only with your consent, and only what’s relevant. We’re careful around bedrooms, children’s areas, family photos, and personal documents.
Will you share my case online?
Not without clear permission. If we ever want to use anything for education or content, we’ll discuss it first and you can say no.
