Whether you feel unsettled or simply curious, we take your concerns seriously without assuming the cause is paranormal. A conversation and a few practical checks may be enough. If a visit would help, we will discuss it with you.

We also welcome enquiries about workplaces and historic properties.

What happens next?

  1. We listen. Tell us what happened, your general area and what you would like help with.

  2. We explore the options. We consider everyday explanations and discuss whether advice or a visit would be useful.

  3. We agree a plan. If you want an investigation, we explain the approach, agree a time and respect your boundaries.

  4. We explain our findings. We share observations, possible explanations and anything that remains uncertain. We cannot promise a definite answer.

What is a private investigation?

It means looking into reported activity at someone’s home or property, with their permission. “Private” refers to the individual case and its confidentiality, rather than a paid booking or private ghost-hunting event.

We may speak with witnesses, review recordings, observe the surroundings and monitor conditions. Our team draws on investigation methods, historical research and mediumship. Personal impressions are kept distinct from findings that can be independently checked.

We agree the approach and any recording with you beforehand. You can ask questions, set boundaries or choose not to proceed.

We will not publish your story, identifying details, photographs or recordings without clear, written permission. Getting support does not require you to appear in KASE content.

  • Yes. We never charge for our support, investigations, time, equipment or travel. We do not ask you to cover travel expenses.

  • No. Start by telling us what you experienced. If you already have photographs, recordings or notes, you can mention them, but they are not a requirement.

  • No. We approach each enquiry with an open mind and consider ordinary explanations alongside anything that remains unexplained. An unexplained event alone does not establish a paranormal cause.

  • No. We cannot guarantee a particular explanation or outcome, and we do not offer exorcisms. Our role is to investigate carefully, discuss our findings honestly and help you consider sensible next steps.

  • No. We arrange a suitable time based on the reported activity and everyone’s availability. There is no requirement to sit in darkness.

  • We are based in Kent and welcome enquiries from across the South East, including Sussex and Essex. Tell us where you are when you contact us so we can discuss how we may be able to help.
